True Colors Residence is the first permanent, supportive housing facility for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth in New York State and is a finalist in Affordable Housing Finance Magazine's Most Valuable Projects Reader's Choice Awards. The completed design includes multi-level gardens, an exercise area, bleacher-style seating courtyard on the lower level.
