OUR SERVICES

As site curators, we integrate artistic, sustainable and educational components. We apply our creativity to solve challenges. Our projects range from private residence, community, residential, institutional to municipal, urban to suburban and natural, pocket park to master plans.

From beautifying your backyard, creating a green roof, a green wall on the side of your building, offer a communal space, a parklet, a living fence, a playground…

We begin the process with a free on-site consultation. We will meet with at the site to start the conversation, understand the project, its specificity, and discuss in detail your needs, initial ideas, programs, uses, budget, timeline.

We will send a proposal, which will detail the proposed work and establish a contract, after which we will start a more thorough site inventory and analysis, start the creative process that will lead to a series of conceptual designs.

Every project is unique. In our concept design, we make sure to convey the clients requests, discussed during the preliminary conversation while taking in consideration the site constraints, assets and unique features. We provide renderings (or 3D renderings) to assist our client to better envision the complete transformation of the space.

From a series of conceptual designs, we will present an array of alternative choices for any living or construction materials within your budget.

Construction documents will define the design, including details, plant lists, specifications, etc.

We get quotes from contractors, nurseries, manufacturers… and help you find the one that fits your budget and the specific skills required. We will also oversee every phase of the construction.
